Hi, I’m Fiona Seabrook.
I was diagnosed as autistic in 2021 after years of struggling with my mental health and a persistent sense of not quite fitting in. Around the same time, I found cycling.
Endurance cycling became more than a sport. It became structure, clarity, and freedom. On the bike, I am not masking, conforming or trying to meet expectations — I am simply moving forward.
Since then, I have raced and ridden ultra-distance events across Europe, discovering a level of resilience and capability I never imagined possible. Endurance has not removed the challenges of autism, but it has reframed how I understand strength.
Today, I use adventure as both personal challenge and opportunity for growth, and public platform — advocating for greater understanding of autism, particularly in women, and demonstrating what is possible when difference is recognised as strength.
Through cycling and speaking, I aim to challenge assumptions and broaden perceptions of strength and neurodivergence.

My Approach
Endurance is built through structure, consistency and sustained effort. I value preparation over performance for show, and depth over noise. Through racing, speaking and coaching, I aim to broaden how strength and neurodivergence are understood.
My approach is based in preparation and lived experience.
Dream it
I believe ambition should not be limited by diagnosis or expectation. Whether in sport or in life, we are capable of more than we are often led to believe.
Build it
Progress is built through steady effort, resilience and pushing ourselves one small step at a time.
